1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Devyani Resort & Banquet Hall. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at GT Road, Bewar, Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India, and any room or banquet services booked through our platform.

By accessing our website or booking our facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All room and banquet hall bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure a booking, you must provide valid contact details, card details, or process an advance payment as specified during the booking workflow.

Check-in and Check-out: Guests must present a government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Standard check-in and check-out times will be detailed in your confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and additional fees.

3. Payments, Charges, and Taxes

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. You are also responsible for any applicable taxes (such as GST in India) related to your purchases.

Any additional on-stay charges (e.g., room service, extra cots, dining room orders) will be billed to your room account and must be cleared prior to check-out.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation rules vary depending on the package or rate chosen:

• Standard room reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
• Banquet hall and wedding bookings are subject to custom event contract cancellation terms. Advance deposits for weddings or large corporate events are generally non-refundable.

5. Banquet Hall & Event Guidelines

For weddings, receptions, and gatherings hosted at Devyani Banquet Hall:

• Decorations, music systems, and external caterers must be approved by the resort management in advance.
• Noise regulations and curfew times enforced by local Uttar Pradesh government authorities must be strictly followed.
• Any damage caused to the resort property, lawns, or banquet setup by hosts, guests, or decorators will be billed directly to the primary event sponsor.

6. Limitation of Liability

Devyani Resort & Banquet Hall, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay, your event, or the use of our online services. We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, jewelry, or cash stored in guest rooms or event spaces.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh, India.
